Q. Can my dog experience any unwanted side effects or adverse health risks after consuming WINPRO?
A. None, and feeding WINPRO at higher levels as needed during times of heavy exercise, training, when immunity is compromised, etc. will have no adverse effects on the dog.
Q. Are these products FDA-approved? Vet-approved? USDA-approved?
A. All WINPRO products are approved by the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) which operates under the auspices of the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
Q. What happens if / when my dog stops taking these products? Will its health suffer, will its immune system become compromised?
A. Your dog will return to its former state before taking WINPRO.
Q. Can I give my dog more than one type of WINPRO product? i.e. all four?
A. Yes, WINPRO products are all natural and safe to use in conjunction with each other, other supplements, or medications.
Q. My dog ate over half a bag of WINPRO blood protein supplements. Can they get sick from eating too many WINPRO supplements?
A. No, they will not get sick from consuming too many WINPRO supplements. They are all natural so you cannot overdose or overfeed your dog. Don’t stress, we sure are glad to hear she loves them!
Q. Why do you recommend feeding WINPRO in the morning?
A. Feeding WINPRO in the morning allows the blood proteins to work throughout the day when your dog is most active and needs it most.
Q. I just received my new chews and they look much darker than ones I have received previously.
A. It's the exact same formula, we are continuing to always optimize things such as moisture content which does sometimes affects the color but has no effect on the effectiveness or dosage of our ingredients.
Q. I noticed the chews look different from bag to bag and aren't the exact same color or size. Why is this?
A. WINPRO products are made with only all-natural ingredients so, like in nature, there can be some variability in size and color. WINPRO chews are made batch-by-batch then air dried. So depending on temperature and humidity, the shape and size of the chews can vary from batch to batch. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the safety or efficacy of the product in any way. We think less processed is better. And more like nature intended.
Q. I noticed the chews aren't all the same size and some are larger or smaller. Why is this?
A. Since all naturally air dry WINPRO chews before putting them into the package, they can vary in size due to slight changes in drying temperatures and times. This does not affect product quality or performance in any way.
Q. Is soy in these products?
A. There are no soy ingredients.
Q. How many chews do I feed my dog?
A. Our recommended feeding level is two chews per day in the morning for dogs over 20-pounds. For dogs under 20-pounds feed 1 chew in the morning.
Q. How long are the chews good for once the bag is opened?
A. The product will be good for several months after opening. We recommend keeping the package closed and sealed when not in use as the soft chews can dry out and get hard if left exposed to air for prolonged periods of time.

A. Based on suggested retail price, WINPRO products cost about a dollar a day.
